The Chairman of the company, William A. Peavy III, began his quest to meet the needs of the small office user in 2000, and has since developed over 500 individual office condominiums, housed in 125 buildings, across across 14 office parks throughout the DFW metro market. For years, our company operated under the name “Texas Office Condos.”
As business and demand expanded, the company evolved into Cloudloft Development. The company’s goal remains steadfast and unchanged: Provide small businesses top-quality office properties at the very best possible value.
